Eva Pollani, M.Sc,  works as a certified Hypnosis Psychotherapist for adults, adolescents, children and couples in her private practice in Grafenbach, Austria. She has studied in Vienna, where she did research on the topic of Psychotherapy and Hypnosis. Her Master thesis she analyzed the matter wether there are biographic roots supporting the decision when deciding to become a Hypnopsychotherapist. She is a fully certified trainer for the Österreichische Gesellschaft für angewandte Tiefenpsychologie und allgemeine Psychotherapie (ÖGATAP) and teaches Hypnosis-Psychotherapy . Matthias Mende, Ph.D, Clinical Psychologist, Emergency Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Certified Hypnosis-Psychotherapist. Immediate Past President of the European Society of Hypnosis (ESH). Board Member of the International Society of Hypnosis (ISH). He studied psychology at the University of Vienna. He formerly held an appointment for clinical psychodiagnostics at the Department for Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Munich, Germany. In 1994, he founded the Psychotherapy-Center for Hypnosis-Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Biofeedback in Salzburg, Austria, together with his wife, Eva-Maria Mende, PhD. He is occupied with clinical, research and educational issues in the field of hypnosis. His clinical work is focused on the treatment of anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychosomatics and burnout. He is a trainer for Hypnosis-Psychotherapy of the ÖGATAP, the Austrian Constituent Society of ESH and ISH. He is also an appointed teacher for hypnosis of the Austrian Medical Chamber (ÖÄK). In his clinical work is using hypnosis-psychotherapy as a comprehensive psychotherapeutic modality of its own, integrating psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and systemic approaches.

Susanne Hausleithner-Jilch is a psychotherapist in private practice in Vienna, Austria. She received her initial training in client centered psychotherapy which she completed in 1979. Susanne also received continued training as a child and adolescent psychotherapist and completed her training in the application of clinical hypnosis with children, adolescents and adults at the Milton Erickson Gesellchaft Austria (MEGA). Susanne is currently an executive board member of the MEGA and she is also an official trainer of MEGA specifically responsible for the child and adolescent curriculum. She is currently a board member of Ego State International (ESTI) representing Austria in this international forum.

Anne-Marie Harnum is a licensed clinical psychologist in her Copenhagen based clinical practise. She was taught EST by Maggie Phillips, Claire Frederick and John and Helen WatAnne-Marie Harnum is a licensed clinical psychologist in her Copenhagen based clinical practise. She was taught EST by Maggie Phillips, Claire Frederick and John and Helen Watkins in the early 90´s. She was the president of the Danish Society of Clinical Hypnosis from 1995 – 2005, and is now again from 2017, and has organized workshops and congresses in that capacity. She has also received training in SE (Somatic Experiencing) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and has served as a board member of EMDR-Denmark. She continues to teach and supervise the theory, principles and methods of EST to health professionals. She has applied EST in her practice on an everyday basis for the past 25 years with special focus on anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. She has published several articles and book contributions about hypnotherapy as well as her own book “Hypnosis Demystified” in Danish.

Hedda Sandemose, Certified MSc in Psychology, Lic. Psychotherapist of psychodynamic orientation from the University of Copenhagen, ESTI-certified trainer and supervisor. She was primarily educated by Susanna Carolusson, Gothenburg. Hedda  is a certified hypnotherapist and a Guided Affective Imagery Therapist (Katathym Imaginative Psychoterapie). She is also in private practice in Copenhagen. Hedda is teaching and supervising other psychologists in Ego State Therapy and  is introducing and developing Ego State Therapy in Denmark. She has been a member of the Danish board of Psychological Society of Clinical Hypnosis (PSKH).

Guillaume Poupard, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with a Solution-Focused Therapy orientation. At first he practised as an analytical Psychotherapist but later broadened his scope of practice. He also utilizes Group Psychodrama, Ericksonian methods, Clinical Hypnosis, Ego State Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, The Transpersonal Approach and Processes-Oriented Therapy in his practice. Silke Großbach is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in private practice in Hamburg, Germany. She received her training at the University of Hamburg and specialized in the psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy for an additional period of five years. Silke qualified as an Ego State Therapy therapist under the auspices of Ph.D Woltemade Hartman and is internationally certified as ego state therapist and supervisor. She assisted Woltemade Hartman teaching Ego State Therapy at various locations in Germany as well as in Japan, Hong Kong and South Africa. Silke is a qualified hypnotherapist and received her training at the Milton Erickson Society of Germany. Her lecturers included amongst others Bernhard Trenkle, Professor Ph.D Dirk Revensdorf, Ortwin Meiss and Ph.D Burkhard Peter. Claudia Müller-Quade is a Systemic Therapist, Ego State Therapist, Hypno- and Family-therapist in private practice in Wiesbaden. She studied social work in Hamburg and Indianapolis USA and psychology in Frankfurt. For many years, she was the co-director of an institute for systemic individual and family therapy in Wiesbaden, Germany. In 2016, she founded together with her husband Dr. Christoph Quade and Dr. Woltemade Hartman the “Wiesbaden Trauma Institute International, Woltemade Hartman Institute for Ego State Therapy”, She is amongst other trained in Systemic Therapy, Family therapy, Ego State Therapy, EMI, SOMA and Clinical Hypnosis. Since 2014 she is an accredited Ego-State Supervisor with Ego State Therapy International.  She is a  member of MEG, Germany ( Milton Erikson Society) as well as the DGSF (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie, Beratung und Familientherapie) . She had various TV appearances as an expert of psychological issues around the topic of “individual and family”. Ursula Helle, M.D., holds a private practice in Munich, Germany, doing individual psychotherapy for adults, coaching and supervision with health professionals. As a Medical Doctor she worked in different hospitals with focus on psychiatrie and psychotherapy. Besides her clinical work she got her basic training as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. Dr. Helle is a specialist in Trauma Therapy (DeGPT), Somatic Experiencing and SOMA. She is also trained in Hypnotherapy, EMDR, process and embodiment focused psychology  (PEP), Systemical Therapy. Enayat Shahidi (MD, M.Clin Psych) is a well-recognized author, translator, lecturer, researcher, and therapist in Hypnotherapy, Mental Training, EMDR, and CBT. He is a licensed Medical Doctor and Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist. He has written, translated, and contributed to twelve books and conducted several research articles, university theses, and dissertations. He has been practicing hypnotherapy since 1994 and teaching clinical hypnosis to professionals since 2001. He has also been a faculty member of international hypnosis congresses since 2012.Dr. Shahidi has been a BOD member of the International Society of Hypnosis (ISH) since 2015 and the Secretary/Treasurer and chair of the Education and Training Committee of the ISH since 2018.He has been a BOD member, Treasurer, and chair of the Education and Training Committee of the Iranian Scientific Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ISSCH) since 2010.Dr. Shahidi is also the founding president of the “EMDR IRAN” and the “Iranian Institute of Psychology and Mental Training. He is a Ph.D candidate.

Ashkan Anbarzadeh, MA, is an Iranian clinical psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in Ego State Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and trauma-informed clinical hypnosis. With extensive experience assisting international lecturer and founding president of Ego State Therapy International (ESTI), Woltemade Hartman, Ph.D., he has worked in various countries, including Japan, South Africa, Türkiye, Iran, and Australia. He teaches and organizes workshops in Iran, contributes to Ego State Therapy International’s youth/social media initiatives and integrates body and polyvagal-informed practice with relational psychotherapy.

Joseph Meyerson M.A., currently a PhD candidate, is a clinical psychologist, hypnotic psychotherapist, supervisor and manager at HypnoClinic in Tel Aviv. He also is a Tteaching Fellow at Tel Aviv University, Past President of the Israeli Society of Hypnosis and currently serves as chairman of the Ministry of Health’s Examination Committee for Hypnosis Accreditation. Joseph Meyerson has authored several papers and book chapter on the subject of hypnotic and strategic psychotherapy and particularly on the use of dissociative-associative strategies and paramnesias in hypnotherapy. Currently he lectures at many national (Israel) and international (US, Malta, Austria, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Ireland) conferences on these topics and supervises numerous professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians and dentists) who utilize hypnosis in their practice.

Yoshikazu Fukui (M.A.) is a Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist in private practice in Kobe, Japan. He is also a professor at Konan University in Kobe and teaches Clinical Psychology. He has been the 1st President of Ego State Therapy Japan since 2015. Prof. Fukui have been a board member of Japanese Society for Hypnosis (JSH) and Japanese Society for Clinical Hypnosis (JSCH), and had been a board member of Japanese EMDR Association（JEMDRA). He is a committee member of the Japanese Psychological Association (JPA), Japanese Society of Autogenic Training（JSAT) and the Japanese Society of Psychosomatic Medicine (JSPM).  Prof. Fukui is an EMDR and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) trainer. He is certified by JSCH as a consultant in clinical hypnosis. Prof. Fukui also received training in Brainspotting, Trauma Focused CBT, Prolonged Exposure（PE), Tapping Touch, Neurofeedback, Mindfulness, Brain Gym, Solution Focused Approach and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE).  Prof. Fukui is also involved in the translation of various books in the field of EMDR and Trauma such as, books written by Dabney E. Ewin, Peter. A. Levine, and Robin Shapiro. He is also the supervisory translator of Watkins’ “evergreen” book “Ego State: Theory and Therapy” which was published in 2019. Prof. Fukui is also the recipient of best poster awards at Annual Conferences in 2016 and 2017 as well as the recipient of the research Awards at the Annual Conference of JPA and JSCH.

Ute Sinkala is a Namibian Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). She has been in private practice as a psychological counsellor since 2007 and as a Clinical Psychologist since 2013, and is the founder and director of Sinkala Psychology, based in Windhoek. Sinkala Psychology is registered as a training institution for clinical psychology interns. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Namibia (UNAM) and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Africa (UNISA), with a research focus on offender populations and violent crime. Dr Sinkala has extensive experience in psychotherapy, psycho-legal assessment, and forensic report writing, and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. She specialises in trauma-focused interventions, including Ego State Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, and EMDR, alongside forensic evaluations and court reporting. She is actively involved in academic teaching and supervision in the fields of Criminal Justice and research methods. She previously served as Vice President of the Psychological Association of Namibia (2019–2022), contributing to professional development, ethical standards, and national mental health advocacy. Iani de Kock (MA Clin. Psych.) is a registered Clinical Psychologist and founder of Being Well Clinical, Corporate and Sports Psychology Services and the Mindfulness Institute of Namibia, both based in Windhoek, Namibia. She currently serves as Vice President of the Psychological Association of Namibia. Iani holds a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Hypnosis through the Australian Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and a postgraduate certificate in Ego State Therapy from the Milton Eriksonian Institute of South Africa. She is a certified Advanced Breathwork Practitioner and has completed full training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her broader therapeutic training encompasses Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions through the Mindfulness Institute of South Africa and Stellenbosch University, and Logotherapy through the Viktor Frankl Institute of South Africa. Iani has served as Mental Performance Coach for Cricket Namibia and brings extensive experience across individual and group therapy, corporate wellness, and elite athlete coaching. Woltemade Hartman (Ph.D) is a Clinical and Educational Psychologist, and psychotherapist from Pretoria, South Africa. He is a clinician, consultant, and experienced international trainer specializing in working with PTSD and complex trauma-related disorders. He has worked extensively with survivors of trauma, torture, war and human rights violations in various countries and regions of the world.  He has also served in an advisory capacity to various politicians and political parties across the globe. He originally received his training as an Ericksonian psychotherapist at the Ericksonian Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona, USA and trained with dr Jeffrey Zeig and others.  Dr Hartman also trained as an Ego State therapist with Prof J.G. Watkins and Mrs H. Watkins in Missoula, Montana, USA.  He is the author of “Ego state therapy with sexually traumatized children” and “Einführung in die Ego-State Therapie”, as well as various scientific articles on the topic of trauma, hypnosis and psychotherapy. Dr Hartman is the Founding Director of the Milton H. Erickson Institutes of South Africa (MEISA). He is the founder and Past-president of Ego State Therapy International and currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer of Ego State Therapy International (ESTI). Woltemade was an executive board member of the International Society of Hypnosis (ISH) between 2013 and 2024 and served as Chairperson of the Council of Representatives on this board. Dr Hartman was a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Psychology at the University of Johannesburg and lectures in South Africa, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark, Türkiye, and Switzerland, The United States of America, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Singapore, South Korea and Japan. He has been a Keynote Speaker at various international congresses on the topics of psychotherapy, hypnosis psychotherapy and trauma. Dr Hartman is the recipient of the 2009 Jay Haley Early Career Award for Innovative Contributions to Hypnosis from the International Society of Hypnosis (ISH), the 2022 John and Helen Watkins Award for Clinical Excellence in Ego State Therapy from Ego State International (ESTI) and the 2024 John and Helen Watkins Award for excellence as a teacher and mentor of clinical hypnosis, promoting the clinical use of Ego State Therapy and influencing therapists around the world.  He is also trained in Polyvagal Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Eye Movement Integration (EMI), EdxTM (Energy Psychology), Impact Therapy, Sex therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Trauma Therapeutic Yoga, Soma Body Therapy and is a certified Somatic Experiencing (SE) practitioner.

Elzette Fritz (D.Ed.) is an Educational Psychologist and psychotherapist in private practice. Dr Fritz is a research and teaching associate in the Department of Educational Psychology, at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Elzette is a co-director of the Milton H. Erickson Institutes of South Africa (MEISA). She is the Past-President of the South African Professional Society on the Abuse of Children (SAPSAC). Sofia Strand is a licensed clinical psychologist and specialist in clinical psychology, working in private practice north of Gothenburg, Sweden. After university she has been trained in clinical hypnosis and Ego State Therapy, and is now also a trained Ego State Therapy supervisor and teacher. She is also a trained supervisor in EMDR, and is trained in treatment of dissociative disorders by Ellert Nijenhuis and Suzette Boon, as well as in Sensorimotor psychotherapy. Dr. phil. Silvia Zanotta works as a psychologist and psychotherapist for children, adolescents, adults and families in private practice in Zurich, Switzerland. Max Schlorff works as a psychologist and psychotherapist for adolescents, adults and families in private practice in Zurich, Switzerland. He is a certified Ego State Therapist, -Supervisor, Ego State Therapy Trainer and co-chair of Ego State Therapy Switzerland.  Max Schlorff is also certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (NIK Bremen), Clinical Hypnosis (MEG) and Sport Psychology. Cem Doğan is a clinical psychologist based in Istanbul. He continues his education in the field of Holistic Psychotherapy. He is also trained in Ego State Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Short-Term Solution Focused Therapy, Holistic Play Psychotherapy. He is also involved in internatioanal trauma prevention work in the non-governmental organization World Human Relief. He is a member of the Ego State Youth Committee, a member of the EMDR Association, and a member of the Turkish Psychological Association. He continues his work in Istanbul.

Habibe Aykan is a Clinical Psychologist, Family Counsellor, and Psychotherapist. She holds bachelor’s degrees in nursing and psychology, and master’s degrees in clinical psychology and Family Counselling. She is an ISEFT-certified Emotion-Focused Individual Therapist. She serves as a trainer and supervisor at the Turkey Institute of Emotion-Focused Therapy. She continues her work in individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy at Desen Psikoloji, under the Istanbul Psychotherapy Academy, which she founded. Elif Baybuğa is a Clinical Psychologist & Psychodramatist and the founder of Desen Psychology, a company under the Istanbul Psychotherapy Academy. She continues her work as a Psychodrama Trainer. She conducts Adult Psychodrama Group Therapy, Individual Psychotherapy, and scientific presentations and workshops on Ego States, Integrative Psychotherapy, and Psychodrama Group Therapy at national and international congresses and symposia. Heleen Malherbe, DPhil, is a practicing clinical psychologist and psychotherapist based in the garden county of Kent, United Kingdom  and a Past President of ESTI.. Originally trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist this model cements all other modalities she chooses to work in. She was fortunate to be part of the first group of South African psychotherapists to train in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy under Dr Woltemade Hartman (PhD). As part of Dr Hartman’s group practice she experienced the excitement of the development of the Milton H. Erickson Institute of South Africa (MEISA). Further training was received in Ego State Therapy, Eye Movement Integration (EMI), EdxTM (Energy Psychology), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. She is a qualified supervisor and trainer in Ego State Therapy. She spent most of her working life in private practice in South Africa, also employed within forensic and corporate settings, as well as an oncology clinic. During 2009 she extended her professional career to the United Kingdom Private Health Service as Lead Psychologist in medium and low secure private psychiatric hospitals. Currently she serves as President of Ego State Therapy International (ESTI), having been the United Kingdom representative on the Central Board (Executive) of ESTI. She is the Director of the Milton H Erickson Institute of London, Head Psychologist at a private unit for adults with intellectual disabilities and in private practice in outer London.

Jennifer da Silva Faça is a Child and Educational Psychologist registered with the HCPC, specializing in ego state therapy with children and adolescents. She was originally trained in Ericksonian psychotherapy and Ego State Therapy through the Milton H. Erickson Institute of South Africa (MEISA), and has since practiced both independently and within education systems in South Africa and across multiple counties in the United Kingdom.  A former Fellow Director of MEISA and Past President of Ego State Therapy International, Jennifer is an internationally recognized therapist, trainer, and supervisor in ego state therapy, with a particular focus on dissociation and trauma in young people. She has lectured internationally in the United States, Europe, South Africa, and the UK on dissociation in children and adolescents and has published in this field, helping to develop and disseminate child-focused ego state interventions.  Jennifer’s trauma-responsive practice is further grounded in advanced training in Eye Movement Integration (EMI) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), which she integrates with Ericksonian and ego state principles to support safety, stabilization, and integration of dissociative parts in children and adolescents.

Wendy Lemke, M.S., is a licensed psychologist with a clinical and consulting practice in Minnesota, USA. She is the Co-Founder of Ego State Therapy North America and the Founder of Lemke Counseling & Consulting: Institute for Ego State Therapy & Clinical Hypnosis Education. She provides training both online and internationally. She is also a certified therapist, consultant, and trainer through Ego State Therapy North America & Ego State Therapy International.  Wendy is a Fellow of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), a Certified Approved Consultant, an active member, and a former Vice President of the Society. She is also an active member and former Board Member of the Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis (MSCH).  She has received multiple honors from ASCH and MSCH, including two journal publication awards, a Merit Award, a Presidential Award for her contributions to expanding clinical hypnosis education within the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD), and the Daniel P. Kohen, M.D. Outstanding Clinician Award, recognizing exemplary leadership in the clinical practice, teaching, and application of therapeutic hypnosis.  Wendy is also an active member, regular instructor, and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Trauma & Dissociation (ISSTD). Her professional contributions include peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, the documentary You’re Not Crazy & You’re Not Alone: Inside the Inner World of Dissociative Identity Disorder, and multiple self-hypnosis audio recordings.
